Social Share Preview (Open Graph)
See how a title, description and image will look when shared on social media.
What is a Social Share Preview?
When you share a link on Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, WhatsApp or Slack, that platform doesn't just show the raw URL — it reads special og:title, og:description and og:image meta tags from the page's HTML and builds a preview card from them. This tool lets you type in those same values and see roughly how the resulting card will look, before you publish anything.
How to use it
- Enter the image URL, title, description and domain you plan to use in your page's Open Graph tags.
- Check the live preview card to see how it will look when shared.
This catches common problems before they go live: a title that gets awkwardly cut off, a description that's too long, or an image with the wrong aspect ratio. Keep in mind this is an approximation — each platform renders its own card slightly differently (card size, whether the description shows at all, image cropping), and the only way to see the exact, final result on a specific platform is that platform's own official debugging tool, such as Facebook's Sharing Debugger or LinkedIn's Post Inspector, since those tools also show you exactly what got cached from your live page.
