Prompt Template Variable Filler

Turn a {{variable}} prompt template into a fill-in form, reusable every time.

Add a {{variable}} to your template above to see fill-in fields here.

What is the Prompt Template Variable Filler?

If you find yourself reusing the same prompt shape over and over — just swapping a topic, a tone, a name — writing it as a template with {{placeholders}} and filling it in through a form is faster and less error-prone than editing the raw text each time.

How it works

Type your prompt using double-curly-brace placeholders like {{recipient}} or {{tone}}. The tool scans for every unique placeholder and generates one input field per variable, in the order each first appears. As you fill in the fields, the final prompt below updates live with each placeholder replaced by your value — any placeholder you haven't filled in yet is left as-is so you can see what's still missing.

How to use it

  1. Write your reusable prompt template with {{variable}} markers wherever content should change.
  2. Fill in the auto-generated fields below the template.
  3. Copy the completed prompt into your AI tool of choice.

Since this runs entirely in your browser with no saving to a server, keep your template text handy (e.g. in a notes app) to reuse across sessions — this tool fills a template, it doesn't store a library of them.
