What is the Print Area Preview?

Amazon Merch prints onto a fixed 15×18 inch printable area on the garment, and a design that isn't scaled or positioned with that in mind can end up looking too small, too large, or off-center once printed. This tool overlays your design onto a simple shirt outline scaled to that real printable area, so you get a rough sense of the final placement before uploading.

How to use it

  1. Upload your design image.
  2. Adjust the scale slider to see how the design looks at different sizes within the print area.

This is a rough visual guide, not a pixel-perfect proof — the actual shirt outline is a simplified illustration, not Amazon's real product photography, and the print area boundary shown is based on Amazon's published 15×18 inch specification rather than garment-specific variations. Use it to sanity-check proportions and centering, then always review the actual preview Amazon shows during the upload process before publishing.
