What is the JPG to WebP tool?

This tool converts an image to WEBP directly in your browser, redrawing it onto a canvas and re-encoding it in the new format — no upload, no installation.

How to use it

WebP generally achieves better compression than JPG at the same visual quality, so re-encoding a JPG photo as WebP can shrink the file further without a noticeable quality difference — useful for faster-loading web pages.
