What is the Invoice Generator?
This tool builds a clean, professional invoice right in your browser — add your business and client details, line items, and an optional tax rate, and it calculates the totals automatically.
How to use it
- Fill in your business ("From") and client ("Bill To") details, invoice number and dates.
- Add one or more line items with a description, quantity and rate — the amount and total calculate automatically.
- Add a tax percentage and any payment notes if needed.
- Click Print / Save as PDF and choose "Save as PDF" in your browser's print dialog.
Why "Print to PDF" instead of a direct download?
Every modern browser has a built-in, reliable "Save as PDF" option in its print dialog, which produces a properly paginated, selectable-text PDF without needing to load a heavy PDF-generation library just for text layout. This also means the invoice format adapts correctly if you have more line items than fit on one page.
Nothing you enter is ever uploaded — the invoice is built and rendered to PDF entirely by your own browser.
